Rhythm and affordability meet in Fitzroy Avenue, a stunning example of contemporary social housing designed to enhance community living. A key design feature was the retention an existing historic façade which was integrated into one of the two buildings helping blend old and new. Proudly built for Clanmil Housing Association in 2018, this Holylands gem is a testament to thoughtful, accessible design. This project was even shortlisted for the RSUA design awards in 2019!
