Within a Conservation Area, Alteration to existing property
Current project stage: 5 (Construction). The project includes: a new three-storey rear extension featuring hand-made special bricks, Portland stone facings and full-height timber thin-framed windows and Juliet balconies; a new full-plot basement; the lowering of the pre-existing basement floor to increase its internal ceiling height; the full internal reconfiguration and renovation of the property, which is a late-Regency, four-storey townhouse in the Queensgate Conservation Area, on the boundary between South Kensington and Chelsea. The project is currently at construction stage: the demolition and excavating works started in February 2025 and Practical Completion (including the Fit-out works and bespoke interiors) is due on December 2026.
