The existing warehouse is to be converted into a feature open-plan office space with high specification finishes to reflect the contractors high profile contemporary fit-out projects. The proposed office aims to achieve an industrial look & feel with exposed services, matt black structure, crittall glazing, natural lighting and feature breakout spaces with natural planting. The open-plan office accommodation is predominantly arranged on one floor with existing timber trusses being utilised to accommodate feature meeting room structures.
