Private House in Enfield We were tasked to open up the music room and family room on the original ground floor to connect them with the existing rear extension, thus achieving a front to back flow of the ground floor. We redesigned and rebuilt the rear extension, extending the space out to the terrace which steps down into the garden. We designed an open plan kitchen and dining area and also added a shower room and separate toilet to the ground floor. The living room stretches throughout the ground floor all the way to the music room included, if occasion arises. We designed a lighting scheme, specified all materials and devised a colour scheme for the ground floor. The entire ground floor benefits from underfloor heating.
