The top floor, 230m2 beach-front condo, in a modern apartment block in Boca Raton, is situated on the very shore with fabulous views of the Atlantic ocean. The apartment comprises a spacious entrance hall, vast living and dining room which opens towards the kitchen with a semi-island and breakfast area. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a third, main bedroom with a wetroom, basins area, separate toilet and two walk-in wardrobes. Two sides of the apartment have full hight glazed front with a continuous balcony folding around the full length, providing natural light to all main areas. We redesigned the apartment; we designed the kitchen and bathrooms including the wetroom. We also designed the lighting scheme and specified light fittings as well as materials for floors and walls. The clients have great interest in art with painings and sculptures beautifully placed around the apartment.
