Studio Spicer Architects were commissioned to convert an existing Grade II Listed former Mill building in to the new headquarters of a commercial property company. The building will be fully refurbished with an efficient thermal envelope, renewable heating and cooling technology and new contemporary glazed interventions to provide additional natural day lighting in key spaces.
