Studio Spicer Architects were commissioned to convert an existing Grade II Listed Ladies Clothing shop in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon into a restaurant and wine bar. Sympathetic insertions were made to provide suitable dining areas and expose a delightfully rich character within the building, illustrating a number of hidden architectural features and history. The commercial buildings full heating, cooling and hot water demand is served by renewable technology in the form of air source heat pumps and a Thermo-dynamic Panels.
