The site, an ancient scheduled monument set within the historic Conservation area of Cirencester provides nine individually designed contemporary town houses. Arranged as two rows of terraces, fronting onto the town centre the front block is constructed from high quality local materials; zinc and ashlar cotswold stone. The rear courtyard setting provides a quite and secluded shelter from the streetscape, where four further dwellings are positioned. The dwellings met Code 4 for Codes for Sustainable Homes.
