Studio Sanshea worked in collaboration with Canadian based designer Bricault Design to deliver a high quality refurbishment of an existing ground floor flat within a residential multi-unit development in an important Grade II listed building designed Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. The predominant feature of the new construction consists of exquisitely detailed joinery integrated within new and existing walls. The team worked closely with an English based joinery/furniture firm based in Devon who manufactured and installed all the joinery elements, from display and shelving units, desk, benches and wardrobes to kitchen and storage units and doors. With keen attention to detailing, the client and team alike took much patience and pleasure to enable the creation of these finely crafted timber elements.
