This three-storey apartment design harmonizes dark resin walls, exposed iron beams, glass elements, and white fixtures with classic wooden spaces. Set in the historic Bladon Lodge, which was originally built in 1836 and remodelled in 1928, the client expanded their home by purchasing the apartment below. Studio Rinaldi added a new level and a guest flat, reconfiguring the layout to create larger rooms and a better flow while introducing contemporary materials that complement the building’s history.
