We were thrilled when commissioned to work on this exciting project in north Leeds. The client had recently purchased a run-down 3 bedroom detached property that had not been updated in many years. Working closely with the client to develop various options for the scheme, the final design sees a radical change to the property both externally and internally. A two storey extension has been added to the side and rear, whilst the whole internal layout has been rearranged for modern living. High quality finishes have been used throughout along with several modern design and sustainable features, [including white render, roof lights, bi-fold patio doors and rain water harvesting] This project has been featured in local and national lifestyle publications as an example of high quality modern design
