The remodelling of a semi detached bungalow including a rear full width extension and the substantial renovation of a previous flat roofed two storey extension. Central to the design approach was a desire to bring natural daylight into the deep plan ground floor as well as open the house up to the large rear garden areas. The resulting concept for the remodelled property was focused around an expansive use of rear facing glass together with internal vaulted ceilings and stepped internal floor levels that have helped to create a light filled and spacious contemporary home.
