A prominent 10 storey tower block, currently all teaching accommodation. It is being overclad and stripped out internally. The new accommadtion will comprise 5 floors of up to date teaching areas including recording studios for media studies and 5 floors of student bedrooms. These are single rooms with ensuite, sharing kitchens. We were novated to the D&B contractors.
