The renovation and reconfiguration of a three-bedroom maisonette apartment in West London offered a chance to update an already beautiful period property. Studio Act were involved in the complete refurbishment to include the design of new bathrooms and joinery along with the remodelling at ground floor to include a new kitchen. The existing narrow galley kitchen was reconfigured to open into the main living space, allowing for a better flow and views through the property to the communal gardens. We worked with the client from the purchase of the property through to completion on site, to ensure the project fulfilled its potential and reflected the client’s personality.
