A typical Georgian townhouse which was in need of a complete overhaul - it was last altered in the 1980s. The house layout was unchanged from when it was built making the space feel small. So, with a new closet wing extension approved - the space was finally freed, thus positioning all the bathrooms away from the main house. This achieved more generous open space with more natural light. The new layout was fully redecorated, with new calming colours, antique furniture and fitted kitchen, the house was still itself but with a new zest.
