A full refurbishment and interior design of a maisonette in Little Venice , Maida Vale including a new bedroom and bathroom suite in a new front basement excavation. The layout was altered to incorporate a new kitchen diner and living area , both of which overlook the beautiful communal gardens to the front and rear of the property. The bedrooms, bathrooms and service areas were positioned on the lower level to allow ample storage and utility space. All the existing rooms and their features were restored whilst introducing some modern touches such as architectural light fittings, bespoke built-in joinery and a new basketweave timber flooring. The spaces are now light and airy whilst retaining their victorian charm - a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Central London.
