'Siva House' is one of ten houses known as the 'Country Lane Houses' along the East edge of the Great Kneighton masterplan site Aura, recently developed by Countryside Properties. The proposed extension will enhance ground floor living space connected to the existing kitchen using a split level arrangement providing a stronger outdoor relationship. Permitted development rights on the site had been removed to protect an existing plantation at the rear of the property. We also worked with the Environment Agency to update the historical Flood Zone analysis for the site demonstrating its suitability for development.
