S-House was and extensive renovation and extension project of a 1950's detached dwelling. The project included the entire replacement of a previously badly converted roof and ground floor extension. The works were phased to enable the owner's to remain living in the property and involved the management and supervision of the contractors works through the pandemic. The result is an entirely renovated and extended property consisting of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, utility, dining and kitchen and a rear decked terrace into the garden.
