studio24 architects provided full RIBA work stage services from inception to completion for this project. We were responsible for contract administration, site observations and assisting the builder with on-site works. The project is constructed using timber frame technology, with the main roof formed using a diaphram sandwich construction to achieve an open structure internally, whilst having a high energy performance value. The main space of the project is the open plan kitchen diner, but there were a number of additional ancillary spaces, including a new entrance.
