The clients have bought a Victorian Terrace near Clapham Junction in need of full refurbishment. The brief is for the creation of a basement to provide additional living space, the full refurbishment of the house, a side and rear extension, all bespoke joinery design and interior design, help with the choice of new furniture / lighting fixtures and a new garden landscape design. So far the service provided was a full planning application submission to Lambeth Council and it is currently in tender stage to start site in Septembre.
