Stunning 1930's Grade II listed Connell Ward Lucas house in Worcester Park, within Epsom and Ewell. Stunning house requiring renovation. SJA were appointed to pre-purchase to provide a building survey by our surveying team, and post purchase to undertake a feasibility and design process, culminating in a planning application and listed building consent submissions with approval. Extension design analysis and Heritage assessment with our Heritage specialists, and pre-application process with the Local Authority led to a contemporary part sub-terrain extension providing much needed additional floor space for a 21st century home. Internal layout changes were sensitively designed and agreed with the Conservation officer. Currently on hold, with approval to start the build before summer 2025. We can't wait to see this materialise.
