A dated 80s build family home with a large plot and rear garden, that was in need of a full renovation, overhaul and re-planning, to create a growing family home suited to 21st century living, and for the children to grow into young adults with the space they need. The project involved re-planning at all floors, creating a large rear living area through a ground floor extension to enhance connection to a large garden. A re-plan of the first floor and create of a loft conversion with a ridge raise and rear dormer, creating 2 large additional bedrooms for teenagers. The project also involved a large garden room creating an office space, storage and wet room for the existing outdoor pool.
