Heartlands is an urban regeneration project funded by The Big Lottery Fund which is situated within the village centre of Pool, Cornwall. The project involved the creation of a free visitor attraction within the former World Heritage Site, Robinsons Shaft Mine, the development of a sustainable community via artist studios and flats and a multi purpose community building. There is a large area of public realm works including the formation of a new public park and Diaspora Gardens.
