Locking Parklands is a new, sustainable community set on a former Royal Air Force site in North Somerset. The site is a mature parkland landscape and the phased development takes full advantage of this fantastic setting. This is a whole community, so it includes offices and other commercial uses as well as a range of different house types. The houses are all designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and the offices, BREEAM “Excellent”. The architecture is restrained but highly contemporary, enhancing this unique setting.
