A significant Grade II* Country House This significant country house has been undergoing general refurbishment of ageing roofs and deteriorating stone elements under our management for a number of years. Significant work has been undertaken under Intermediate JCT Contracts and parcels of small works undertaken on a regular basis using JCT Minor Works. Most recently we have organised the installation of a very large biomass heating system to reduce the reliance on heating oil and to make better use of the resource available to the house. This has been a huge success providing a continuous background heat that will help preserve the fabric of the building into the future.
