The 4 acre site with an existing bungalow are located at Home Mead, Birmingham Road, Blackminster, WR11 7TD. The existing bungalow needs renovating and new internal layout to meet the new resident’s requirements. Due to the defects and works required it maybe feasible to demolish the bungalow and replace it with a new, possibly flat pack bungalow. At the rear of the bungalow there are a number of timber structures and storage containers. These are to be removed and replaced with a new cattery rescue centre. The cattery is to be supplied by Lindee Lu Cattery builders. The cattery will include 15 cat chalets, kitchen/utility and reception. Site access and landscaping for the cattery is to be included in the design (car parking, roads, paths, planting and terraces).
