The first phase of the Canada Water Masterplan, Porters Edge, comprises 234 apartments for private rental for Notting Hill Genesis, together with a new store for Decathlon who previously occupied the site. The store occupies the lower levels of the building, with an outdoor multi-use games area situated on the podium level. This courtyard development of four buildings of up to 17 storeys alongside the Albion Channel adopts a restricted palette of brickwork with reconstituted stone features and decorative metalwork accents. The completed scheme faithfully delivers the original scheme, as designed by Design Architects Maccreanor Lavington, with a high level of build quality delivered by the contractor Ardmore Construction Limited.
