The project transformed two buildings at the end of their usefulness into a modern office building without the need for wasteful demolition and new build. A great example of how sustainable refurbishment can create contemporary and desirable office space. The buildings were stripped back to the concrete frame, joined and extended. The new brick façade redefines 10-4 Pentonville Road and extends the life of a pair of tired 1980’s office buildings. This refurbishment skilfully connects two existing buildings, providing 55,000 sq ft of office space. While the lower floors remain separated by Angel Mews, the upper floors are linked together, providing a range of configurations.
