The project was won by referral. The landowner had taken a Pre-Application meeting with London Borough of Croydon and subsequently chose to change the team, appointing our practice to design 79 apartments in five, seven-sided pavilions comprising 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The site has a steep slope and mature trees which should generally be maintained, and car parking is located below a podium deck. The proposal is be advanced for further Pre-Application advice before the end of 2021.
