This project was commissioned by a repeat client who has acquired a vacant building on the High Street in Lewisham with the aim of converting the upper floors to residential use, changing the use of the ground floor from public house to retail use. As part of our services, we have proposed to enlarge the footprint to cover almost the entire site and adding two additional storeys to the High Street. We worked with London Borough of Lewisham over a course of Pre-Application meetings before lodging Full Planning Applications for the comprehensive redevelopment of the building and for the change of use to the ground floor. It is expected that Permission will be awarded in October 2021 with the Construction Phase commencing early in 2022 on a 12 month build.
