The project was won by referral and was the outcome of value-add measures that we brought to the landowner. The site benefited from a Planning Consent but apartment layouts were not ideal and the mix was not optimal. We remodelled the interior of the building, improving the number of habitable rooms as well as the layouts of the apartments, secured a fresh planning consent from London Borough of Bromley and are presently providing assistance to the main contractor during the construction phase. The building is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
