As part of the ‘Vision for the Brayford’ project, the latest addition welcomes the redevelopment of the old Harbourmaster’s building which had fallen into disrepair after a number of years of infrequent use. The project was initiated by the Investors in Lincoln who allowed the building to then be leased to high-quality popular restaurant chain, Wagamamas, who greatly appreciate having one of their restaurants in such a key location. The building is set to be an iconic addition to the Brayford Pool providing a distinct example of high-quality architecture in an idyllic setting, where locals and visitors alike have shared a fond connection to the water.
