An urban infill on a former car showroom, with mixed employment use and housing, designed as a terrace, with undercroft parking and fourteen lateral apartments. The design presents a robust urban facade to East Street, closing a gap in the street scene, while also retaining the historic buildings on one corner and allowing for new green spaces and landscaping as fingers into the site.
