Our clients approached us to develop designs for their 18th Century farmhouse with redundant barn situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Their initial brief was for the barn to designed to house a vintage car collection and also to be a home office. The finished result gives the homeowner views over Beacon and Longridge Fells in an annexe that is harmonious with its rural surroundings through careful selection of stone, oak and slate. The next phase of the project will look at the main house with plans to remodel and extend out into the garden.
