New build over 55’s village For this project SBAL designed in two styles, this more traditional styled approach for an over 55’s village to provide 103 bungalows, 55 unit Independent Living and a 70 bed care home featuring Alzheimer’s and Dementia specialisms. The development also provides a medical centre, sports and leisure facilities and a number of small local centre shops focused around a new lake.
