The UNIVERSITY OF LAW required initial feasibility studies on 4 of their campuses across the country resulting in a detailed space planning exercise of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) at their listed Campus at Braboeuf Manor, Guildford to accommodate 4 relocated departments. The FFE exercise revealed that existing offices could be planned more efficiently internally releasing a remote section of the campus for sale. Planning permission for the listed interior was won through negotiation with Guildford Borough Council and Employers Requirements completed for the interior fit out.
