Grade II listed building featuring extensive remodelling of all 7 storeys. Our focus was on delivering high quality and durable renovations to meet modern needs whilst preserving original features of the historically important building. By working closely with international interior design firm AAA Rome we managed to comply with planning restrictions and equip the property with air conditioning, and sophisticated fresh air supply system.
