MIXED-USE SCHEME WITH NEW UNITS ABOVE & BELOW EXISTING BLOCK A second project for Square Feet Architects with this private developer, we are looking at maximising the potential of an existing 60’s block located near the Centrepoint Tower and Tottenham Court Road Station in London’s West End. The existing block has 32 units, a mix of one and two bed units with a flat roof and undercroft parking. We have gained planning permission for nine new units - 3 new ‘amazing’ penthouses and 6 units in the undercroft and as a ‘stand-alone’ new dwelling. To improve the activity and feel on the street, a 1000sqft commercial unit is also proposed.
