This is the new headquarters of Frank Dale & Stepsons, the world’s oldest independent Rolls-Royce and Bentley specialist. Located on an industrial park in Surrey dating back to 1920s, the project will bring the company’s offices, showroom, workshop, bodyshop and trim shop all under one roof. Carefully designed with the wellbeing of the staff in mind, the building will enhance customer experience, the 40,000 sq.ft. building provides visitors with a unique opportunity to observe the full restoration process of these vintage cars. Planning permission was granted unanimously by the planning committee in April 2019, it is scheduled to be completed in June 2021.
