We helped the client develop their ideas - the brief - with design and cost planning; developed the detailed design for tendering; obtained prices from builders; administered the building contract (i.e. inspected and 'signed-off' the work for payment to the builder etc.). This residential refurbishment, included formation of basement rooms with a drained cavity system of waterproofing. Externally, two phases of landscaping work delivered hard and planted gardens and an area of grass paving for a drive and parking.
