SOAK led the sensitive refurbishment of a Grade II*-listed Georgian townhouse on Fitzroy Square in central London. Our service covered architectural design, listed building coordination, technical detailing and contract administration. The project carefully renewed the six-storey family home while retaining its significant historic character, combining the repair and redecoration of original interiors with discreet upgrades to building services, comfort and performance. Particular attention was given to resolving damp within the basement vaults, integrating air conditioning and coordinating bespoke joinery, lighting and finishes throughout, creating a calm and coherent home suited to contemporary family life.
