We worked with Bargate Homes to prepare a landscape led Outline Planning Application for circa 65 dwellings on a sensitive site to the West of Stubbington/Hill Head in Hampshire. The brief required a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes of mixed tenure set amongst extensive landscaping and public open space whilst ensuring a minimum 10% uplift in biodiversity net gain. The site was divided into two separate but connected parcels. The northern parcel addresses a nearby heritage asset whilst the southern parcel opened new views to the Solent and Isle of Wight.
