Spreading over 76 hectares of land, this private estate is situated in a truly stunning location on the edge of a loch, at the foot of a snow capped mountain, and consists of pastures and extensive ancient forest with a wealth of wildlife including deer and pine martens. The brief called for an extensive refurbishment of the existing residence, high-end interior design executed to an exceptional standard and services integrated with a cutting-edge intelligent control home and estate management system. Refurbishment works encompassed remediation and enhancement of the building fabric, which required meticulous detailing. Interior design works covered 41 rooms, providing for new staircases, bespoke joinery, lighting, fine finishes, window dressing and furniture throughout. Our responsibilities have expanded to include landscape design and construction of a new contemporary agricultural building.
