A Grade II Listed Victorian Presbytery and Vestry situated in Mount Street currently used by church community groups. Listed Building Consent achieved for a full restoration, with a brief to refresh the interiors and improve the community’s experience. Works to the original historic fabric of the Parish Hall included careful renovation of the original timber panelling, replacement of modern panel radiators with a more suitable cast iron Victorian design. Discrete secondary glazing improving acoustic and thermal performance of the impressive original stained glass windows. Parish Hall, a multi-functional space, hosting lectures, screenings, events and clubs was fitted with new AV, wall mounted sound absorbing panels, bespoke joinery items, FF&E, lighting and window dressing.
