This large garden site was sub-divided adding two new plots each with a 3 bedroom house aimed at young familes and for sale. Although not a listed building, the character of the existing house is of the first Victorian houses in the neighbourhood built in around 1890. Our design is intended to be in keeping with height, character and style of the surrounding period buildings, whilst being cost-effective to build. The layout is efficiently planned, creating a contemporary internal layout with spacious internal living accomodation and ensuite bathrooms. Care was taken to avoid windows overlooking the neighbouring properties' gardens, which is why the design has its main outlook to the front and rear only.
