Completed in January 2020, this conversion of two historic warehouses contains 119 new apartments with commercial units on the ground floor. It has boutique, loft-style interiors and beautifully finished communal spaces. Simon led a multi-disciplinary design team producing technical construction information, including discharging complex heritage planning conditions; and then was employed as development director for the client during construction, managing consultant, contactor and after-care teams.
