Following our intital design concepts and a succesful pre-application consultation with the local authority and community groups, SKA are currently developing detailed planning application drawings for a major extension and conversion for this prominent building in a conservation area. Proposals include 14 new apartments above a combined retail and local workspace aimed at starter businesses in the town centre.
