Refubishment and conversion of a former bank to apartments in Bushey, Hertsmere The planning application design to refurbush this locally listed building in a conservation area retains all the period features of the characterful property and converts it into five apartments for sale. Time was spent working with the conservation officers who were very particular about the materials and finishes used; and it was essential the proposals portrayed in the design drawings, carefully repesented the historic details in order to be acceptable.
