Simon Foote Architects were appointed to work on a complicated proposal for 4 new residential dwellings in Lincolnshire. The site is located on land to the rear of a grade II listed farmhouse property, and sited next door to a grade II* listed church. The team worked closely with the local authority and conservation experts to achieve a suitable and sympathetic proposal, which minimises the harm to the historic setting and works within the constraints of the site, whilst creating a high quality development.
