Shinz Design is proud to have worked alongside the client to transform Mercer’s Road from a typical dormer extension to a series of tranquil spaces, brought together through minimalist design. Utilising all space available, whilst not overwhelming the programme, Shinz Design upgraded the living experience of the Victorian mid terrace house, catering it to fit the client’s lifestyle. Shinz Design’s expertise enabled the smooth management of construction sequencing, with the project working on one room at a time, allowing the client to live on site whilst works were underway. Through combining both functionality and design, Shinz Design achieved a high-end design and quality, without the huge price tags, enabling the client to enjoy the space for many years to come
